We meet 10-15% of our energy needs with in-house SPP.

Carbon Footprint


We reduce our carbon footprint by working from home and hybrid working options.

EPLON+


With our EPLON+ products, we achieve an average Co2 reduction of 32% compared to our prime products.

Electric Vehicles


We encourage the use of electric company cars and we set up charging stations within the company. We aim to achieve around 15% of Co2 reduction within the scope of transition to electric vehicles.

Supplier Collaboration


We cooperate with our suppliers to reduce Scope 3 emissions.

Employee Satisfaction


Within the scope of efforts to increase employee satisfaction and performance, we regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys.

Female Employee Ratio


We support gender equality and provide equal opportunities with a total of 46% white-collar female employees, 38% of whom are managers.

  •  Weekly yoga sessions are held.  
  •  Conferences on stress reduction and breathing techniques are organized.  
  •  Employees are encouraged to engage in sports, and football events are held throughout the summer.  
  •  Participation in running events, such as the Istanbul Half Marathon and Eker Run, is used to raise funds and support NGOs.  
  •  Support is provided to young cyclists through VeloBursa.  
  •  Through the Help Steps app, participants were given the opportunity to donate to their chosen NGO based on their step counts over three months.

  • The dirty water from our production is treated with a common water treatment system and reused in production.
  •  In 2022, a Solar Power Plant (SPP) was established, meeting 15% of the company’s energy needs.

  • Plans are underway to construct a new factory with high energy efficiency in line with internationally recognized sustainability standards.  
  • In 2023, the company ranked among the top 250 companies in Turkey's plastic sector for R&D spending, according to Turkishtime.  
  • The introduction of the Eplon+ recycled product portfolio is aimed at offering products with high mechanical properties.  
  • Fiber and polymerization waste from industrial processes by polyamide manufacturers is collected for recycling. 
  •  Diversity and inclusion policies prohibit discrimination based on language, religion, color, race, gender, or similar factors.  
  •  Initiatives are in place to increase the ratio of women among white-collar employees and promote diversity.  
  •  Equal opportunity is embraced, and workplaces are made accessible to support the employment of individuals with disabilities. 
  •  The company has joined the Sustainable Mobility Initiative (SMI), supported by the Renault Group, which aims to integrate innovative, smart, and sustainable city projects. 
  •  A treatment system minimizes gas and liquid waste during production.  
  •  Filtration systems are utilized to reduce carbon emissions.  
  •  Agreements have been made with recycling companies for the disposal of bags and other waste.  
  •  Hazardous waste is managed according to government regulations.  
  • We plan to invest in carbon footprint monitoring software.
  •  Donations are made to the Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, Reforestation, and the Protection of Natural Habitats (TEMA) to support reforestation in Turkey.  
  • We plant saplings in our factory land areas.
  • We make donations to TEMA Foundation to support Turkey's afforestation.
  •  The company’s Ethics and Human Rights Policy encompasses principles such as integrity, fair practices, avoiding conflicts of interest, and combating bribery and corruption.  
  •  Social performance criteria are applied in supplier selection, emphasizing the prevention of child labor and the assurance of fair wages.
